If you are a new client, please fill out our registration form and email it to sudburycatvet@gmail.com.

To all clients: Please note that to remain an active client and receive priority of care during office and after-hours, we must be your primary veterinarian and have a current veterinary-client-patient relationship. This means we need to see your cat for wellness visits every 24 months at minimum, though annual exams are recommended for healthy patients under the age of 15, and semi-annual visits for geriatric patients or those with on-going health issues.
